1. SHIPPING PROCESS

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our facility at 3117 Buffington Place, Oviedo, FL 32765. Most deliveries within the continental USA take 4-8 business days, depending on your location and carrier schedules. We use custom packaging to protect your e-bike’s components during transit.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping rates apply based on order weight and destination. Orders exceeding $500 qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee, with details provided during the ordering process.

3. TRACKING

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Track your order online or contact +1 (407) 998-8091 for assistance. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely updates.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

5. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, national holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control. We strive to notify you of significant delays via email. 6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your e-bike arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and a description to contact@ecoriderx.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund under our 2-year warranty, covering return shipping for approved claims.

7. RETURNS AND SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective. See our Refund and Return Policy for details on returning products. All shipments originate from our Oviedo, FL warehouse and are tracked to ensure security.
