EcoRiderX E-Bikes is committed to your satisfaction with every purchase, and this Refund and Return Policy outlines your rights and options as of October 19, 2025, at 10:33 PM +07. We operate from our Oviedo, FL warehouse to ensure top-quality delivery.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You may return any e-bike purchased from EcoRiderX.com within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories (e.g., charger, manual). Returns must be initiated by contacting contact@ecoriderx.com within this 30-day period.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, email contact@ecoriderx.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions. You have 14 days from approval to ship the item back to 3117 Buffington Place, Oviedo, FL 32765, USA. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay) within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds exclude the initial shipping fees charged at purchase. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods.

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your e-bike arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@ecoriderx.com with photos and a detailed description. Under our 2-year warranty, we offer a full refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion. EcoRiderX will cover return shipping for approved warranty claims. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear (e.g., tire tread or brake pad wear).

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items that are used, missing parts, or not in original condition are not eligible for return unless defective. Non-compliant returns will be shipped back to you at your expense.

6. CANCELLATIONS
