Welcome to EcoRiderX E-Bikes! These Billing Terms and Conditions govern all transactions on EcoRiderX.com, effective as of October 19, 2025, at 10:08 PM +07. By placing an order, you agree to adhere to the following terms to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.

All purchases require full payment at the time of order, unless you select financing through our partners: Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay, each subject to their specific terms presented at checkout. Prices are displayed in USD, inclusive of applicable sales taxes based on your shipping address. EcoRiderX reserves the right to update pricing due to market fluctuations, raw material costs, or economic conditions, with reasonable notice provided via email or on our website.

We accept a wide range of payment methods including Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, all processed securely through our Oviedo, FL facility using PCI-DSS compliant systems. We do not retain full credit card details; payment data is managed by trusted third-party processors to protect your information.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe will deem the transaction finalized. Late payments or declined charges may lead to order cancellation or, where legally permitted, additional fees. EcoRiderX is not liable for unauthorized charges resulting from compromised payment information—please secure your account details diligently.
